PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of devices and planning of a piping system, by a method wherein a floor part for installation of device and a building structure are united to form an integral one-piece, and a given gap is provided between the building structure and a generator foundation bed. CONSTITUTION:A turbine generator foundation bed 1 is installed with a given gap between a building structure 2 and the foundation bed. A floor part 5 for installation of devices and the building structure 2 are united to form an integral one-piece through a beam 2a. A given gap is provided between the turbine generator foundation bed 1 and the floor part 5. Thus, relative displacement is prevented from occurring between the floor part and the building structure. This constitution enables devices to be easily installed bestride the floor part and the building structure, and permits easy planning of a piping system.
