PURPOSE:To prevent foaming of a hot-meltable fluoroplastic by forming a film by using hot-meltable fluoroplastic powder on a metallic surface subjected to tin plating, then sintering the same. CONSTITUTION:The film is formed by using the hot-meltable fluoroplastic (e.g.; copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene) powder on the metallic surface subjected to tin plating and thereafter the film is sintered. A dry method or electroplating method is adopted to execute said tin plating according to the shape and size of the metallic surface to be plated. The thickness of the tin plating may be adequately selected according to the roughness, etc., of the metallic surface, for which usually 0.20-50mu, more preferably about 2-30mu are adopted. As a result, the foaming of the hot-meltable fluoropoastic is prevented.
