The invention relates to an implant which is to be sited subperiostally on the cortical bone and has adjacent perforated discs (2) which are anchored in a tissue-compatible matrix material (4) and made of a composite osteogenetic ceramic and which lie freely on the surface and have a thickness such that growth of bone plugs through the holes (3) in the perforated discs (2) is ensured. <IMAGE>
