PURPOSE:To achieve a higher measuring accuracy along with automatic calibration, by preparing a correction factor data when in a calibration mode with an arithmetic processor to perform a correction using the correction factor data when in a measuring mode. CONSTITUTION:A switch 21 for calibration, an input port 22 for inputting a switching state of the switch 21 for calibration into an arithmetic processor 9 and a correction data memory 23 are added to a unit which has an input processing circuit section comprising a level adjusting circuit 1, a multiplexer 5, a sample holding circuit 6, an A/D converter 7 and a sample memory 8, an arithmetic processing section comprising the arithmetic processor 9, a RAM 11 and a ROM 12 and a display section 10. In the calibration mode, the switch 21 is closed and the arithmetic processor 9 reads in a calibration data subjected to an A/D conversion 7 to prepare a correction factor data by a computation in comparison with a reference data and the data thus obtained is stored into the memory 23. Then, in the measuring mode, the arithmetic processor 9 reads out a real data stored in the memory 8 to perform a required arithmetic processing and corrects the results of the computation by a correction factor data read out of the memory 23. Then, the results are displayed 10.
