PURPOSE:To soften characteristic color, smell and acidulous taste of tomato and obtain easily eatable yellow tomato sherbet, by adding a yellow fruit such as pineapple to yellow tomato used as a main component, crushing the mixture with a mixer and converting to a sherbet by cooling. CONSTITUTION:A yellow tomato is used as a main component, added with a yellow fruit such as pineapple banana, orange, etc., crushed with a mixer and preferably added with lemon juice. The obtained processed tomato juice is cooled and converted to sherbet to obtain the objective tomato sherbet.
