LAMINATED MAGNET FOR MOTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable to simply manufacture poles having a skew by laminating a plurality of annular or crescent anisotropic magnets while gradually displacing. CONSTITUTION:Annular anisotropic magnet 1 is radially magnetized. The magnets 1 are laminated so as to circumferentially displace gradually in magnetizing direction, contacted fixedly to each other, thereby forming poles 3 having a skew as a whole by gradually displacing boundary lines 2 of magnetic domains A shaft 4 is inserted fixedly to the poles 3 having the skew to complete a rotor. The rotor can be similarly constructed even by using crescent anisotropic magnets.
