PURPOSE:To reduce the number of times of key operations, by dividing the number of automatic outgoing addresses to be stored on a memory into units of below ten, attaching a page number on a picture plane displaying a divided content, providing a page key at a key pad, and selecting the automatic outgoing address by designating the item number of a requested automatic outgoing address by the key pad. CONSTITUTION:The number of the automatic outgoing addresses to be stores on the memory are divided into the unit of ten, and the page numbers are attached on picture planes 23-25 displaying the divided content. Also, a page key 21 that issues a code to switch the page on a key pad 20, is provided. When the automatic outgoing address is selected, first of all, the page key 21 is depressed, and the content by every picture plane is read out from a memory 22, then being displayed on a display part 30. When a targeted outgoing address is confirmed, and it is included in the picture plane, a corresponding number is designated by operating a ten key. Also, when it is not included, the page key 21 is depressed again, and the next page is read out, then being displayed on the display part 30. Since the item number of the automatic outgoing address appearing on a screen consists of 0-9, only one operation of the ten key is enough, and it is possible to reduce the number of times of operations to select the automatic outgoing address.
