PURPOSE:To dispense with an electrical control circuit as well as to aim at miniaturization in a device, by selecting a valve mechanism intermittently via an intermittent driven mechanism being intermittently driven by a constant speed driving device. CONSTITUTION:When driven and rotated at a constant speed by a synchronous motor, first a drawbar 12 passes through without interlocking with two bars 17b of a cruciform body 17, but this drawbar 12 comes into contact with a bar 17a before long, drawing and rotating this cruciform body 17. And, with further rotation of the cruciform body 17, a valve shaft 19 is rotated, closing both inflow and outflow ports 23 and 25, and other inflow and outflow ports 24 and 26 are opened instead. Suchlike intermittent drive is carried out in a mechanical manner, whereby a control circuit for electrical control becomes useless.
