PURPOSE:To ensure the safety against dislocation of a connector by means of a simple constitution by using a resistor having a fusing function in a control circuit to control the operation of a triac. CONSTITUTION:Commercial power is supplied to load through a triac. The triac is controlled by a control portion, where the first and the second resistances R1 and R2 are conneccted, of which the connecting point is connected to the triac. Resistor having a fusing function are used for resistances R1 and R2. When the triac is dislocated from the connector, greater current flows to resistances R1 and R2. On this account the lines to them are burnt out in an instant and the power is turned off.
