PURPOSE:To allow the rotation of a rotor to be detected, by providing two and more magnetic detection elements for detecting the rotation of a rotor at a predetermined distance from the magnetic poles of a rotor in the circumferential direction at a predetermined pitch of each electrical angle. CONSTITUTION:A step motor is equipped with a rotor where a disc-shaped magnet 4 is put between bushes 3 and 3' and a rotor block 13 and a keep plate 15 and comprises the outside circumferential wall of the step motor.
