PURPOSE:To make an interchange of tool heads ever so easy, by letting a magazine, having plural pool surface, perform lifting motion and rotation, and changing the tool head of a turret head for a changing tool head in the magazine automatically. CONSTITUTION:A turret head 43 having plural head setting surfaces is rotated, and a tool head 7 is indexed to a changing position. A cylinder body 6 and a magazine 4 both are made to go up. Simultaneously with its going up, the tool head 7 to be changed is engaged with pool surfaces 8, 8a and 8b, making it go upward. In succession, the magazine 4 is rotated as far as the specified angle, and a new tool head 7 is indexed. Afterward, the cylinder body 6 and the magazine 4 both are made to go down, positioning the magazine 4, and this new tool head 7 is inset in the turret head 43, thus the tool head 7 is autoamtically changed.
