In the unit 24, a line length DELTAL for correction is added to the present line length Lv of the bead line to increase the line length, and the line length is sent to a line winding/sending out arithmetic unit 28. In the unit 28, on the basis of the addition-corrected line length, the amount of sending out the winch of the head line is obtained and given to a winch drive controller 29. Also, when the soil is a soft one, the results of judgement are sent out to a substraction arithmetic unit 25.
