PURPOSE:To easily and surely position a blind cap core by providing recesses for packing an adhesive agent to either one of the outside side face of the blind cap core and the inside side face of a flask part. CONSTITUTION:The blind cap core 6 is fitted to the flask part 9 so as to be imposed on a receiving part 8 and in this state, the adhesive agent is packed into the respective recesses 17, 18 from above to join the blind cap core 6 to the upper part of a core body 5 at the time of assembling the joined shell core. The position of the blind cap core 6 is thus determined simply by fitting the same to the flask part 9; in addition, the adhesive agent is packed into the spaces formed between the recesses 17, 18 and the outside side face of the blind cap core 6 and therefore, the assembling accuracy is improved without shifting the position of the blind cap core 6 and the joining operation is facilitat ed. |
