PURPOSE:To prevent uneven colors and to perform easy toning by incorporating white and black pigments into an adhesive agent at the ration at which the reflectivity approximately equal to the reflectivity of the piles to be flocked is obtd. CONSTITUTION:The reflectivity of the piles 3 is measured and a base material 1 consisting of a black ABS resin, etc. is prepd. The black adhesive agent and the white adhesive agent are mixed at such a ratio at which the reflectivity approximately equal to the reflectivity of the piles 3 is attained. Such adhesive agent layer 2 is formed on the surface of the base body 1 and further the piles 3 are electrostatically flocked thereon. The pigments are toned and incorporated into the adhesive agent in the above-mentioned manner and therefore, the conspicuousness of the uneven colors is prevented.
