PURPOSE:To easily perform the control of a chopping frequency and the search for failure in a small number of constituent parts by providing an A/D conversion means, a table for magnetic coil drive control, a drive control information acquisition means and a drive control means. CONSTITUTION:An A/D conversion means, by which the drive power voltage of a magnetic coil MC is made an A/D conversion, and a table for magnetic coil drive control, in which the rise time, the number of times of ON, the OFF time and the ON time of the magnetic coil are stored so that the electric energy of drive of one time of the magnetic coil MC becomes to a constant correspond ing to a plurality of drive power voltages VD, are provided. Moreover, a drive control information acquisition means, which retrives the table for magnetic coil drive control on the basis of the drive power voltages VD made an A/D conversion and acquisites the rise time, the number of times of ON, the OFF time and the ON time which correspond to the retrieval, and a drive control means for turning -ON and -OFF a transistor Tr for drive, which is connected serially to the magnetic coil MC on the bais of the rise time, the number of times of ON, the OFF time and the ON time obtained by this drive control information acquisition means, are provided.
