PURPOSE:To surely eliminate switching noise by providing a blanking period at every period scanning each picture element and applying integration operation processing to the switching noise during the integration period including the blanking period. CONSTITUTION:Periods t1,t2 between clock signals phi1, phi2 are periods (blanking periods) when no horizontal signal VG1,-is generated from a horizontal shift register 30. Being vertically scanned by scanning signals Vstl...from a vertical shift register 18, each horizontal switching element 19 is turned on only when the horizontal scanning signal VG1... is at H level and a video signal Qc...is outputted to integration circuits 22-25. The integration circuits 22-25 use the horizontal scanning period and when each picture element is read and the blanking period t1,t2 as the integration period TO, positive/negative switching noise are cancelled and only the true video signal component is outputted at output terminals 26-29.
