PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a poor conduction between a filament support and wiring patterns, by furnishing the connections of the wiring patterns on a glass base plate and the filament support at the outer side from the portion of applying a fixing frit glass. CONSTITUTION:The positions of conductive frit glasses 6, where island-form patterns 2a and 2b of a wiring pattern 2 formed on a glass base plate 3, and the pawls 4d and 4e of a filament support 4' are connected, are arranged in the outer side from the positions of fixing frit glasses 7 where patterns 2c on the base plate 3,and the fixing parts 4b and 4c of the filament support 4' are connected. Therefore, when the filament 5 is welded to the filament support 4a, or the like, a strong force imposes to the filament support 4a, to float up it from the base plate 3 in some occasion. However, no such a force imposes to the connections of the said island-form patterns 2a, 2b and the pawls 4d, 4e. Therefore, the generation of a poor conduction in the filament circuit from the floating of the filament support 4' can be prevented.
