PURPOSE: To separate a sound image of each talker and to locate it by providing the number of speakers corresponding to the number of talkers and plural voice generating circuits mixing a mixed voice signal and a selected voice signal in response to a control signal in an optional rate and outputting the result to each speaker. CONSTITUTION:Plural voice signals picked up by microphones 12-1-12n in the transmission system are combined into one mixed voice signal by a voice mixing circuit 13 and the result is sent to a reception system, a mean level of the plural voice signals is detected respectively and one signal, e.g., the voice signal having the highest level is decided by a channel selection circuit 14 as the selected voice signal, and the selected voice signal and a control signal representing its channel number are sent to the reception system. The mixed voice signal and the selected voice signal are mixed in the speakers 26-l-26-n corresponding to the microphones in the reception system or only one is outputted, and the mixing ratio or the kind of the outputted signal is controlled by the control signal.
