PURPOSE:To surely attain the budget management by comparing subscriber relating budget information set in a facsimile store and foreward exchange with subscriber relating result charging information every time a service request comes from a subscriber, and sending the result of comparison to the subscriber requesting service. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber sets budget information by using a telephone set 12 of a subscriber terminal equipment 1. A dial signal from the telephone set 12 is converted into a character code by a data converter 213 and a line control ler 211 supplies the code to a central controller 22 via a data transmission/ reception device 214. Every time a service request comes from the terminal equipment 1, the central controller 22 compares the result information in a charging information storage device 23 corresponding to the subscriber with the budget information in a budget information storage device 24, and when the result informaton exceeds the budget information, the reception of service is restricted in some cases. Thus, the budget management is ensured.
