PURPOSE:To hold a panel of plural types securely, by furnishing a manipulator to close pairs of supporters, a lock plate to compose a rotation clutch of one directional property, and a locking device to rotate the lock plate at a specific angle. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of supporters 17 are operated to close and to contact to the four peripheral sides of a panel 18. Since a manipulator 25 can rotate freely to the closing operation direction of the pairs of supporters 17 by a one-directional rotation clutch 29, the pairs of supporters 17 can contact any type of panel 18. In such a contacting condition, since the rotation of the pairs of supporters 17 in the opening direction is lockingly engaged by the said clutch 29, the manipulator 25 is unified with a lock plate 28. After that, the lock plate 28 and the manipulator 25 unified with lock plate 28 are rotated at a specific angle in the direction to close the pairs of supporters 17, and this rotation angle is maintained. Therefore, the panel 18 can be pressed and held at a constant pressure responding to the said rotation angle by the pairs of supporters 17.
