PURPOSE:To effectively insert and detach a cam by providing a notch part having a substantial D-shaped section at one end of a cam shaft outside the range of operating angle of the cam and disposing the bearing rise for the cam and a protrusion for preventing the slipping of the cam shaft in a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:The one end of the rotating shaft of the cam 21 for detecting the presence or the absence of a floppy disk has the notch part 21a having the substantial D-shaped side section. When the cam 21 is inclined and inserted into the bearing part 22a, the notch part 21a of the cam shaft escapes from the protrusion 22c and the other rotating shaft of the cam 21 enters the inside of the bearing part 22b. Then, when the cam 21 is moved to a direction shown by an arrow B and inserted into the bearing part 22b, the cam moves to a position where the substantial D-shaped end surface is not over-lapped on the protrusion 22c and both the rotating shafts of the cam 21 are supported by the bearing parts 22a, 22b.
