PURPOSE:To stably keep the transmission and reception relation by accommodating an electro-magnetic change means vertically shakingably to a position of a reproducer main body attachable detachable to/from a cassette loading inlet in press contact onto a magnetic head via an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:In loading the main body with the electromagnetic transducer 2 placed at the tip into a cassette loading inlet B of a reproducer C, the transducer 2 is shaken vertically in a guide frame by a press contact face formed in a recess. When the main body is progressed forward further and loaded to the reproducer, the transducer 2 is pressed by a head H via an electric insulation layer 5 by a pressure from an elastic member 4 and is in press contact onto the head H by a gap decided by the thickness of the layer 5. In inputting an electrical signal from a connector in this state, the electrical signal is transduced into a magnetic flux F by a coil 22. The magnetic flux F is delivered to the head H, transduced again into an electrical signal by the head H and inputted to the reproducer. Thus, the relation of transmission/reception is kept stably with a prescribed gap at all times.
