PURPOSE:To reduce the circulating currents of a core by arranging an insulating layer at a position separate from cooling panels or the intermediate position of a blank among the cooling panels. CONSTITUTION:Cooling panels 10 for a core 2 are inserted at proper pitches P from the calorific value of the core 2 and the capacity of the cooling panels 10. Insulating layers 17a consisting of insulators are inserted to approximately the intermediate section of the stacking thickness of blanks 16 divided by the cooling panels 10. Insulating layers 17b are also interposed similarly on the outsides outer than the cooling panels 10 when occasion demands. Circulating currents I1-I5 through the blanks 16 and the cooling panels 10 are inhibited by the dispersed insulating layers 17a, 17b in the core 2 constituted in this manner. Accordingly, circulating currents are suppressed, thus reducing the loss of the core.
