PURPOSE:To manufacture a copper alloy excellent in electric conductivity and heat resistance, by incorporating specific percentage of Sn and one element among Mg, Zr, Te, Y, In, and Cr to Cu and by limiting O2 content to a specific amount or below. CONSTITUTION:The copper alloy which consists of, by weight, 0.005-0.1% Sn, 0.001-0.05%, in total, of 1 or >=2 elements among Mg, Zr, Te, Y, In, and Cr, and the balance Cu and in which O2 content is regulated to <=50ppm is prepared. This copper alloy has high electric conductivity and high heat resistance and is excellent in solderability, so that it is suitable for heat-exchanger fin material, electronic and electrical equipment parts material, etc., and, by application of this copper alloy, lightening weight as well as miniaturization can be attained.
