PURPOSE:To provide a device for partially supplying clean air of different wind velocity to desired positions by setting up large and small sections of an air vent adjusting wind velocity in compliance with the status of air flow to an air filter. CONSTITUTION:A filter material 13 of an air filter 11 has weave patterns like a cloth, with A section with fine weave patterns and B section with rough weave patterns. By said arrangement, at A section, much of air flows out to the lower section of an air filter 11, while at B section, air flow is small with small wind velocity. Said air flow can be set optionally by complying with the degree of roughness of weave patterns of filter material 13. Accordingly, in case an air filter 11 is set at the ceiling of a dust proof chamber or the like, A section is provided close to the manufacturing device and B section is provided nearby workers to make difference in wind velocity and prevent dust generated by workers from diffusing all over.
