发明名称 LOW TEMPERATURE METHANE FERMENTATION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance the efficiency of methane fermentation, by mixing seed bacteria based on anaerobic fatty acid decomposing bacteria containing propionic acid decomposing bacteria and a low temp. methane producing bacteria group with a medium for the selective culture of propionic acid decomposing bacteria to perform the culture of seed bacteria. CONSTITUTION:The medium prepared in a medium preparing tank is supplied to a seed bacteria culture tank 6 through a pump, and anaerobic fatty acid decomposing bacteria containing a propionic acid decomposing bacteria group preliminarily cultured and a low temp. methane producing bacteria group cultured on a methane bacteria medium are added to the seed bacteria culture tank 6 and the resulting mixture is stirred at 20-25 deg.C. Propionic acid and butyric acid in the medium are decomposed by the anaerobic fatty acid decomposing bacteria group and the low temp. methane producing bacteria group to generate methane gas which is, in turn, stored in a gas holder 8. By this method, a rancidity phenomenon due to acids can be prevented.
