PURPOSE:To easily set a voltage detected value of a main power source by separating the main power source and a gate circuit, when a voltage of the main power source has dropped. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage of a main power source 2 drops, and a divided voltage becomes below a base - emittter voltage of a switching transistor TR7, the TR7 becomes off. Accordingly, the main power source 2 and a gate circuit 8 becomes a separated state. Also, to the gate circuit 8, an output voltage of a diode OR circuit 4 is applied as an operating voltage, and also, it becomes an input signal through a resistance 11, therefore, an output signal of the gate circuit 8 becomes '0', and AND circuits 12, 13 of a control part 6 are closed, therefore, a memory 1 becomes a stand-by state. Accordingly, it will suffice that a voltage detected value of the main power source 2 by resistances 9, 10 is set to a value for executing a control of on and off of the TR7, therefore, it can easily be set. |
