PURPOSE:To secure the wide area of a display part made of glass by providing a switch button to a glass edge or a part formed by removing part of an artificial glass edge. CONSTITUTION:The glass edge 14 is fixed inside the upper opening part of the drum 12 of a watch case through a packing 13 and glass 16 is fixed to the upper inner peripheral part of the glass edge 14 through a packing 15. A cut part 14a is formed partially at the outer peripheral part of the glass edge 14 and a flange part 14b is formed at the upper part of the watch case outer peripheral wall surface of the cut part 14a. Then, a pipe 17 is implanted and adhered in a through hole 12a penetrating vertically the drum 12 at the part where the cut part 14a is positioned and the switch button 18 is run through the pipe 17. Consequently, the area of the display part of the glass 16 is secured relatively widely. |
