PURPOSE:To prevent a clean room from the reduction of cleanness by arranging an HEPA filter in front of a speaker to suppress the dispersion of dust into the clean room. CONSTITUTION:The HEPA filter 4 is arranged in front of the speaker, e.g., in front of a cone 2 or in front of a front cover 5. Consequently, dust dispersion from a speaker body into the clean room is suppressed and the clean room can be prevented from the reduction of cleanness.
