PURPOSE:To obtain the titled multilayered coated film having excellent resistance to chipping and corrosion, etc., by forming a coated film having a specified composition and a static glass transition temp. between a surface to be coated and an overcoated film. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting essentially of a polyolefin resin contg. a chlorine group and a chlorosulfonyl group and having -10--60 deg.C static glass transition temp. and forming a coated film having 0-60 deg.C static glass transition temp. is coated between a surface to be coated and an overcoated film in forming a multilayered coated film excellent in physical performance for the outer plate of an automobile, etc. The multilayered coated film has excellent physical performance such as resistance to chipping and corrosion, and the finished appearance, weatherability, bending property, etc., are remarkably ameliorated.
