<p>A cooking oven is provided with a cooking space (2) to which hot air is fed via lateral air ducts (12) by a fan (14), which just like the heating system (16), is arranged at least partly over the cooking space (2). On the side of the cooking space (2) is a flat vaporising system (15), located in the path of the air which is extracted from the cooking space (2) via an extraction orifice (30) situated at the bottom, said air being fed back to the fan (14) from the vaporising system (15). In this way the width of the cooking oven can be kept small while ensuring effective vaporisation.</p> |
