PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compsn. having excellent compatibility and strength, by blending a specified modified polyolefin with a polyolefin, a polyamide and a metallic compd. CONSTITUTION:0.001-10wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) (a) [e.g., endo-bicyclo(2,2,1)-5-heptene-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride] is added to a polyolefin (b) (e.g., a crystalline propylene/ethylene block copolymer) to obtain a modified polyolefin (A). 100pts.wt. mixture of 1-49pts.wt. component A, 1-98pts.wt. polyolefin (B) same as that of the component (b) and 1-98pts.wt. polyamide (C) (e.g., nylon) is melt-kneaded and then blended with a metallic compd. (D) (e.g., NaOH) of a metal selected from among Groups I, II and III metals of the periodic table and in an amount of 0.5-5 times by mol that of the added acid component of the component A and optionally a thermal stabilizer, a nucleating agent, a lubricant, a colorant, etc. The mixture is melt-kneaded at 170-300 deg.C for 1-10min and pelletized and crushed. |
