PURPOSE:To permit the correct injection free from the dispersion of adhesive granules by permitting the adhesive granules to be jetted in the state surrounded by the air curtain of the compressed air, in the injection of the adhesive granules together with air between a wheel and a rail. CONSTITUTION:A storage container 9 for storing adhesive granules 10 is supported onto the dolly 3 of a railway train, and the adhesive granules 10 in the container 9 are introduced into a U-shaped storage chamber 14 through a pipe 13. A connecting member 16 having the first penetration hole 16a whose one edge is opened an angle of about 60 deg. is connected with the storage chamber 14, and a powder feeding pipe 17 is connected to the penetration hole 16a, and a compressed-air feeding pipe 18 is connected so as to surround the pipe 17. The compressed air supplied from the second penetration hole 16b is jetted in annular form from the air feeding pipe 18, and the adhesive granules 10 jetted onto the contact surface between a train wheel 1 and a rail 2 from the powder feeding pipe 17 are surrounded by the compressed air.
