PURPOSE:To increase the retrieving speed with a small memory capacity by providing dynamically a key word aggregate table consisting of the retrieving subjects only and hereafter retrieving this table only. CONSTITUTION:A function condition analyzing means 3 supplies a function parameter 11 to check the conditions and the type of the using function and starts a key word aggregate table register means 4. The means 4 decides a group of key words to be retrieved from the conditions and the type of the function obtained from the means 3 and refers to the main and secondary key word tables 1 and 2 for production of a key word group table 5. A text input means 6 supplies a source text 12 and starts label deciding means 7. The means 7 checks the type of each text 12 and starts a key word aggregate table retrieving means 8 as long as a label text is confirmed. The means 8 retrieves the table 5 and starts a key word conversion means 9 after the label of the label text is detected. Then the means 9 transforms the label text into a keyword text and starts a conversion text output means 10.
