PURPOSE:To improve the function of an automatic transaction device by detecting a human body from the change of the image output of an industrial TV camera and changing the image pickup angle to a proper one to record the video data and to display the operating guidance. CONSTITUTION:A human body is photographed by an industrial TV camera 24 with focal distance of about 1-2m which is mounted on a packing part. Then the image of the human body is delivered to a monitor TV. Thus a detecting/deciding circuit 26 detects the presence of a human body from the change in sample points for the presence and absence the human body. Furthermore a drive part 25 is moved by the circuit 26 in response to the movement of the human body so that the moving human body is photographed at a proper position. Then the photographing angle of the camera 24 is changed to a proper one. While a main control part 27 displays the operating guidance on a display device 3 by the output signal received from the circuit 26 when the moving human body is detected at a prescribed position. |
