PURPOSE:To prevent the change in discharge characteristic, the peeling of adhesives, the fracture of ink passage, etc. following the variation in environmental temperature, by varying the hardness of adhesives after curing at least at one position among a plurality of adhering positions between a liquid discharge part and a base material from others. CONSTITUTION:The ink discharge part 20 of a liquid jet recording head is positioned to be fixed near 12 the bottom part of the side 6d of the subtank 6 of which for one portion of the support 6c the rear end side of its ink passage 1 is jointly used by the adhesives having high hardness after curing. Further, the vicinity 11 of the orifice 1a of the ink passage 1 is fixed by the viscoelastic adhesives having lower hardness after curing than that adhesives. Therefore, the ink discharge part 20 fixed by adhesion to the support with adhesives having such different hardness can release stress at the portion of low hardness adhesives even though stress occurs following, for instance, the change of environmental temperature. Then, the change in discharge characteristic, the peeling of adhesives, the fracture or cracking of ink passage, etc. are never generated. |
