摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the intensity of an agglutination product sensitively, by combining a linear capillary with an agglutination promoting section and an agglutination inhibiting section as desired to form a capillary passage. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 3 of a syringe 2 reciprocates with a rack/pinion mechanism of a pulse motor 1 to fluidize an object 4 to be inspected introduced from a sample introduction section 13 through a capillary passage in a reciprocating manner. Light from a light source section 8 irradiates the sample in the capillary passage through an optical fiber 9 and a scattered light signal or the like generated from particles in the sample is inputted into a signal processing section 11 through the optical fiber 9 and a photoselectric conversion section 10. The processing section 11 generates a function signal of irregularly varying components to be displayed 12 as signal. Then, as the capillary passage is formed by combining the linear capillary 5 with a spiral capillary 6 (agglutination promoting section) and a shear agitation chamber 7 (agglutination inhibiting section), an agglutination body produced in the object being inspected receives an agglutination promoting action and an agglutination inhibiting action resisting to each other. Under such conditions, changes in the degree of dispersion in the disperse system are measured thereby making clear the intensity of the agglutination body produced.
