PURPOSE:To wind a casting block having small outer diameter by giving the prescribed rotating force to the casting block, by winding the casting block while traversing by a draw-up roll toward a winding drum, which rotates toward the rotating direction of the casting block. CONSTITUTION:A rotating table 3, which is rotated as the same direction (B direction) as the rotating direction of the casting block 2 by a motor 4, is arranged on the upper side of the draw-up part, which draws up the casting block 2 from molten metal 1, as rotating toward arrow direction A in the figure. The winding drum 5, which is rotated toward the right angle direction (C direction) to the rotating direction (B direction) of the rotating table 3 by a motor 6 is fitted on the rotating table 3. Further, the draw-up roll 7 for the casting block 2, which is rotated toward the right angle direction (D direction) to the rotating (B direction) of the rotating table 3 by a motor 8 is fitted at the lower side of the rotating table 3, and plural traversers 9, which traverse the casting block 2, drawn up between the draw-up roll 7 and the winding drum 5 toward the winding drum 5 direction, are arranged. In this way, the prescribed rotating force is given to the casting block 2 and even if the casting block has large diameter, that is, it makes the casting block 2 having about <=30mm diameter winding. |
