PURPOSE:To adjust the quantity of supply water to a proper value with a narrow piping space by providing supply channels and discharge channels to the water washing part of photosensitive materials in a single communicating pipe. CONSTITUTION:Supply channels 18, 18B and discharge channels 20, 20A are buried in flat pipes 16, 26 and a supply channel 18A is branched and is communicated with a faucet 22. A solenoid valve 25 is opened to supply city water from the faucet into a water washing part 11 through the supply channel 18, and a microcomputer in the water washing part detects the pollution state to control solenoid valves 24 and 25 through electric wires 31, 32 buried in the pipe 16. Since water discharged into a reservoir 30 through the discharge channel 20 passes the solenoid valve 24 and is diluted with city water supplied from the supply channel 18B, it is unnecessary to dilute discharged water in the water washing part. Since supply and discharge channels are buried in the same pipe, the piping space is narrowed.
