<p>PURPOSE:To finely control the tape running in a prescribed angle area without improving the processing capability of a device by selectively updating an integral counted value in accordance with the angle area, to which a search dial is set, at every interval of a prescribed time or every time when a pulse signal comes and controlling the running of a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:When a search dial 42 is set to the first angle area PSR-PRLB or PSL-PLB, a counted value TOT of an integral counter 37 is updated at every interval of a prescribed time, and consequently, the tape speed is variably controlled at every interval of the prescribed time. When the search dial 42 is set to the second angle area PRL-PRLB, PSR-PSL, or PLLB-PLL, the counted value TOT of the integral counter 37 is updated at every time when a pulse signal FP or RP comes, and consequently, the tape speed is variably controlled at every pulse signals FP and RP. Thus, tape running is finely controlled in prescribed areas without improving the processing capability of the device.</p> |
