PURPOSE:To drop a toner into a developer container while it is uniformly dispersed by providing a toner supplying roll where a recessed part distributed uniformly at the circumferential surface is formed. CONSTITUTION:At a toner supplying roll 17, plural dimple-shaped recessed parts 17a distributed uniformly at the circumferential surface are formed. Further, at the lower part of a toner hopper 16, a toner blade 18 is fitted and it is regulated that from a clearance between the cylinder circumferential surface of the toner replenishing roll 17 and the lower part aperture of a toner hopper 16, the toner leaks and drops. When the toner supplying roll 17 is rotated, only the toner which is regulated by the toner blade 18 and enters the recessed part 17a of the toner supplying roll 17, drops into a developer container 11. Thus, it is prevented that the toner drops while it is uniformly dispersed into the developer container 11 and the dropped toner is displaced to one place.
