PURPOSE:To obtain a negative impedance circuit inserted to any part of an electric circuit and having a large capacity by constituting the titled circuit by an N-channel,a P-channel field effect transistor (TR), an impedance and an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A non-inverting input of the operational amplifier 1 is connected to the 1st terminal T1, a resistor R is connected between the 1st terminal T1 and an imaginary reference point N and connected to the 2nd terminal T2 via a feedback resistor R2. Gates of the N/P-channel field effect TRs FETs 2,3 are driven by an output of the operational amplifier, and sources are connected to the 2nd terminal T2. Further, drains of the FETs 2,3 are connected respectively to the imaginary reference point N via bias power supplies 4,5.
