PURPOSE:To easily detach a card and to smooth the rotation of the card by eliminating a screw for tightening the card, in stead, providing an arc-shaped guide hole with a fulcrum part as a center on the lower surface of an installing stand, constituting the fulcrum of a circular cylinder and an approximately rectangular holding plate provided at the edge part and forming an approximately rectangular hole where the holding plate can be inserted into the card. CONSTITUTION:When a card 12 is fitted, a fitting hole 16 of the card 12 is inserted and fitted into a holding plate 14 of a substrate 10 side. At such a time, since a protruding piece is not coincident with a position to be fitted, by using the elasticity of the card 12, curving is executed so as to float the position in the direction opposite to a fulcrum part 15 with a finger tip and the fitting hole 16 is inserted into the holding plate 14. The card 12, while it is rotated from the position of a dashed line in the C direction of an arrow, is inserted into a guide hole 17 to the protruding piece 18. When the card 12 is extracted and a handle part 12a of the card 12 is rotated in the B direction of an arrow with a finger tip, a fulcrum circular cylinder 13 is made into the fulcrum, and while regulation is executed by the protrud ing piece 18, the guide hole 17 is slid. At such a time, by the interval of the fulcrum circular cylinder 13 and the protruding piece 18, the holding plate 14 and the fitting hole 16 are of the rectangular shape, even then, they are engaged at the fulcrum circular cylinder 13 and rotated, and the card 12 can be extracted while rotating without rattling.
