摘要

PURPOSE:To protect the secrecy of data by outputting the output signal of a logic arithmetic circuit as a ROM data. CONSTITUTION:When an address signal is inputted through an address input terminal 1, a memory cell corresponding to the input address signal is selected out of a memory cell array by an X decoder 2, a Y decoder 4 and a Y selector 5. Then the data stored in the selected cell is amplified by a sense amplifier circuit 6 and used as an input signal of a logic arithmetic circuit 7. While the key word held by a key word holding circuit 9 is used as another input signal of the circuit 7. These input signals undergo the logic arithmetic through the circuit 7 and these arithmetic results are outputted to a data output terminal 11 through an input/output circuit 10.
