PURPOSE:To eliminate the delay of service offering time of each processor and to minimize flickering if plural transmission enabled frames occur at the same time by setting and transmitting the quantity that one processor processes once according to the number of maximum transmission enabled frames and the maximum size of a transmission enabled frame. CONSTITUTION:A transmission right signal receiving counter and a transmission start value counter are checked. If the counted value of the transmission right signal receiving counter is larger, the upper limit for transmission is checked from the sum of transmission frames during the period concerned and the number of transmission frames. The sum of the transmission frames is obtained, and the number m1 (m1 = m1 + 1) of frames transmitted during the period is updated. The sum of the transmission frames and the transmission frame number are compared with the maximum transmission frame size SMS and the maximum transmission frame number SMN, whereby such judgement is made whether transmission is possible or not. If the sum of the transmission frames is smaller than the maximum transmission frame size SMS and the transmission frame number m1 smaller than the maximum transmission frame number SMN, a transmission request frame is transmitted to a bus transmission line 2, and a next queue is processed in a similar way.
