PURPOSE:To automatically prohibit an action such as recording and reproducing and to prevent the mistake of the occurring of an error beforehand at the time of the abnormal temperature rise by providing a temperature sensor at a hermetic room and prohibiting at least recording and reproducing actions by the action of the temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:At the hermetic room 3, two guide shafts 14 extending in the radius direction of a magnetic disk 6 are provided and a heater 19, a temperature switch 20 and a temperature switch 21, which is a temperature sensor, are provided. Thus, the abnormal temperature rise of the hermetic room is detected by a temperature sensor 21, and the action such as the recording of the data to the magnetic disk and the reproducing of the data recorded to the magnetic disk can be automatically prohibited by a prohibiting circuit 31.
