The subject of the invention relates to a device for selecting and distributing odours, synchronised with a show or other purposes. It consists of the combination firstly of a distributor 1 with a proportioning device, and then of a programmer activating a distributing solenoid valve. It is more particularly usable in theatres or for sound and visual shows, but may also be applied to any preventive or curative physiological treatment. <IMAGE>
