PURPOSE:To obtain the titled paint having high adhesivity to a substrate at a high temperature, excellent heat-cycle resistance and high heat-resistant temperature in air and able to be baked and cured in air, by dispersing a polycarbosilane, a silicone resin and an inorganic filler in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:The objective paint can be produced by dispersing and dissolving (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a polycarbosilane [preferably composed of the carbosilane bond unit of formula I and silane bond unit of formula II (R1-R6 are lower alkyl, allyl, phenyl, silyl or H) wherein the ratio of I:II is 20:1-1:20 and having a number-average molecular weight of 400-50,000], (B) preferably 10-900pts. of a silicone resin (preferably polyorganosiloxane, silicone oil, silicone varnish or silicone rubber) and (C) preferably 10-900pts. of an inorganic filler (preferably oxide, borate, phosphate, silicide, nitride, boride or carbide) in (D) an organic solvent.
