<p>PURPOSE:To use one set of CRT terminal equipment in various ways by preparing two kinds of business OSs, for a magnetic disk device of a terminal control device, and switching the OS by a switching operation from a CRT terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a business CRT terminal equipment 1 is used as a standard function terminal equipment of a word processor, a TSS function, etc., an OS of a standard function is designated from a keyboard 2. The standard function OS is used by calling an OS program from a magnetic disk device 3, and storing it in a core memory of a terminal control part 4. In this regard, by an OS switching operation from the keyboard 2, a menu screen for switching the OS is displayed from a menu file of the magnetic disk 3. In this state, the OS program to be called is selected from the menu screen and inputted to the keyboard 2.</p> |
