PURPOSE:To prevent the sagging, etc. of a skin by specifying the number of alcohol carbons of the plasticizer in a vinyl chloride resin sheet of the skin of a trim material and the plasticizer of a vinyl chloride resin as a welder machining assistant in the urethane slab of a pad layer. CONSTITUTION:A trim material which is used for the door trim, etc. of an automobile consists of a skin 1 made of a vinyl chloride resin sheet and a pad material 2 of an urethane slab on which soft vinyl chloride resin as a welder machining assistant is smeared. In this case, a plasticizer made of an ester of a high grade alcohol and phthalic acid, is used as the plasticizer which is contained in both of the vinyl chloride resin sheet of the skin 1 and the vinyl chloride resin as the welder machining assistant. And, the number of alcohol carbons of the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride resin sheet of the skin 1 is determined 9 or more, and the number of alcohol carbons of the plasticizer of the machining assistant is determined to be same as or above the number of alcohol carbons of the plasticizer on the skin side.
